IRVINE, CA – May 10th, 2021 – 3D Infotech, Inc., one of the leading companies in metrology automation technologies, announced today that Kirk Dennis has been appointed Director of Sales for the United States and Canada effective April 18th, 2021. This new addition to the team is part of 3D Infotech's 2021 initiative to revamp the Company in all areas to ensure scalability and growth.
Kirk brings a wealth of expertise to this role, serving several senior leadership capacities over the past 40 years. His extensive experience in the tech industry is a great asset. Kirk started with companies that defined the first stage of an era for personal computers: IBM, AST Research, and Compaq (acquired by HP), among others.
Moving into entrepreneurship, Kirk founded his own company SigmaCom, Inc., which went public as Cavion, Inc. 1999 on the NASDAQ Exchange. After that, Kirk founded VideoCom, Inc. and focused on telepresence, visual collaboration, and 3D visualization. He has a unique combination of management, consulting, and business skills, coupled with a solid and diverse technical background.
